Job Description :
- Manage top line achievement (volume, revenue, NC, % NC) of responsible area/account through both direct & indirect sales
- Implement Distributor Management System, Account Management, and Pipeline Management
- Responsible for AR collection of designated area/account
- Regularly provide standard sales reporting
- Provide rolling sales forecasts on a monthly basis
- Provide an annual business plan draft for distributors with detailed activities to follow during the fiscal year
- Provide market intelligent / competitor activities.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university
- Have experience min. 5 years in the same field (Lubricants/Oil/Petroleum)
- Experience in the sale of demanding products which are not self-explanatory
- Good commercial understanding, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
- Profound knowledge of Industrial Manufacturing and applications in various industries
- Presentation and negotiating abilities (offline and online)
- Advanced skills in Sales Coaching & Mentoring
- Having strong networks in B2B Industrial channels
- Open minded and familiar with open feedback culture
- Strong analytical ability with strategic thinking
- Open positions for Sulawesi (Makassar) and Sumatera (Palembang/Medan/Pekanbaru).

- Sulawesi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Lubricant/Oil/Petroleum: 5 years (Preferred)
